School Performance
SIAMS 2025:
Our school was inspected on 27th March 2025. Stanground St John’s Church of England Primary School is living up to its foundation as a Church school and is enabling pupils and adults to flourish. It has the following notable strengths.
- The renewed Christian vision drives the work of the school. It is lived out through the words and actions of committed leaders. Consequently, staff and pupils are able to flourish.
- Dedicated leaders drive the nurturing curriculum and wider provision. This creates a culture where pupils and staff are loved and supported to be safe.
- Strong partnerships with the diocese and the trust mean that staff receive highly effective professional support. This enhances the work of the school, encouraging pupils and adults to ‘be the best you can be’ and to ‘love one another.’
- Shaped by the vision, highly inclusive and invitational collective worship prompts pupils and staff to think deeply. It offers a special time of togetherness and brings the vision to life.
- The curriculum and collective worship ensure that pupils have a deep understanding of justice. As a result, they are able to speak out and act upon injustice.
Our Vision: A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. John 13:34
